ENERGY MANAGEMENT EMPOWERING CHANGE

did you know:
Utility Spend it typically our 2nd largest budget item behind salaries
25% of our budgets are spent on utilities & maintenance. Yet 2% are spent on impacting the most vulnerable. What if we could save 10% of our energy spend and redirect to the to the most vulnerable. We could double social impact through redirected every savings. |
our vision:
Our vision is to equip the most vulnerable areas by working through the local community leveraging energy savings, energy management & sustainable principals. Our aim is to impact the world through facility and energy management. On Average 25% of our budgets are spent on energy and maintenance of our facilities. We could double our social impact through redirected maintenance and energy savings. We believe we can save 20% through no cost sustainability principles. In order to change the hands we must change the heart. We are currently partnering with local communities in the US, Nepal, India, Kenya, Myanmar & Congo DR.
vulnerable:
As stated we use our experience in energy management, over 40 years experience, over 5,000 energy studies, Solar, Wind and more as a means to equip the most vulnerable. As of today we are working through both the US community as well as the local community in India, Nepal, Kenya, Myanmar and Congo to stand with those in the midst of conflict, extreme poverty, & more.
|
sustainability:
The second biggest budget item in most facilities is the cost to run the building (utility & maintenance cost). According to the EPA up to 30% of the energy we use is wasted. The idea of capturing these savings, through energy conservation services, is attractive in many ways, as the savings can be poured back into other budgets. Once an organization is convinced of energy management, the first place to start is with an energy study (more in-depth when compared to an energy audit). The goal of any study is not an end, but rather a beginning, and should be focused on uncovering ALL energy use practices. Imagine how 30% energy savings could empower holistic development & ending extreme poverty. We do not charge a % of energy savings as our mission is to see 100% poured back into organizations and thus ending extreme poverty.
